There are many more EIT scanning performance problems than printing out
a string a few times a second on broken channels. EIT scans will only be
enabled if you check that EIT checkbox in your source configuration, or
use an EIT source. I would rather just disable EIT from the default
compile than make a change now to ATSC/DVB tuning. If it works, Stuart's
fix will be in 0.19.1 too, not just 0.20...
