That doesn't make any sense.. siparser is looking to get data from the PAT
to build a channel list, not filter one of the PIDs in it. Could this be
related to the "Program not found in PAT" patch?

So far I've manage to track this down to the fact that
siparser see's the wrong PAT.
This may well be what was causing #743 but I'm still
digging around this one.
