I think so too. But we should avoid conflicts either by incrementing the 
channum (can create other conflicts) or appending an suffix.

In Germany it's also DVB-T. Probably nobody thought of the service_id as 
channel number but as a random number. Which is not bad, otherwise 
there would be some sort of fight for lower numbers.
