[mythtv] Scanning for channels on recent svn

I am having troubles scanning for channels since months now with svn
(dvb-c in the Netherlands). don't know if I have to make a ticket or
if I am doing something terrible wrong. A while ago scaning didn't
find any channels, right now it does find the channels but I am not
able to tune them. I  found out that a channel scan on frequency
268000000 does add the wright channels to the database but tryning to
tune them gives me:

So it tries to tune to a wrong frequency, isn 't it?

What am I doing wrong or what kind of information is needed to debug this?

BTW importing a channels.conf does work, but I cannot get EIT this way...
