Just make separate patches for each set of changes. These fixes all
look ok to me. None of the channels below 730 Mhz are likely to be
used for QAM, so changing this is unlikely to hurt or help anyone
right now. But as more cable networks start to go digital and start
to add more than 800 channels they will start to use these channels
for digital.

cablehigh should only include channels above 730Mhz in frequency, but the
enumeration should match the tables...
