I would probably call it "Cable High" and leave the actual channels out of
it. But basically the enumeration should start at 76 for now. There is
no exact cut-off, basically the cable providers tend to stick digital
channels above the analog ones. cablehigh is intended to allow you to
skip most of the low frequencies so that the scan doesn't spend minutes
scanning channels where there probably aren't any digital transports. My
first digital channels are in the 80's...
