[mythtv] Trouble ripping DVDs

Hi Guys

I'm having trouble ripping DVDs with mythDVD 0.19-fixes.  So far all the
ones I've tried fail like this ...

19:03:25: job thread beginning to rip dvd title
19:19:29: Error: DVDPerfectThread read failed for 185 blocks at 1516652
19:19:31: job failed: job dvd 1 1 0 1 -1 /mnt/store/video/mythvideo/Dr
Strangelove

Google has thrown up this ...

... but I'm running libdvdcss 1.2.9

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

I've been looking at what changes have been made in svn trunk.
Changeset 9568 http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/9568 looks vaguely
promising.  Worth trying out?
