We've replaced the scanner pretty much entirely since 0.18. So this
is not there, but running the scanner is a fairly simple affair. The
more time consuming part is creating a list of channels to add, update
or delete, instead of just inserting, updating, or deleting them during
the scan. Also keeping track of ignored channels, adding CAM support
to DVBSignalMonitor, and adding a notification + edit dialog to the
frontend in such a way that it is both useful and not annoying..
