[mythtv] SoC 2006: Configuration Revamp Information

Hi everyone,

I have revised my preliminary heirarchy of settings, and am ready for the
onslaught of comments.  The basic heirarchy is as follows:

Setup
--General
--Database Settings
----Server
----Logging
--Appearance
--Audio
--Guide
--Scheduling
--Recording Profiles
--Commercial Detection
--View Recordings
--Playback
--Captions
--LCD

The attached file has a complete breakdown of all the settings into these
groups.  (I know that people hate attachments, however its about 200 lines,
and it will be scanned by ClamAV on the way out.)

If anyone has any clever ways to reduce the number of groups at 
the top level of the heirarchy, please let me know, as 12 is quite a lot.
