[mythtv] 720x480 video corrupted

It looks like MythTV and X disagree about the horizontal playback
resolution. Have a look at videoout_xv.cpp for the MythTV side of
things, but I think you'll probably find this is an OpenChrome
problem so you should search for supported resolutions with those
drivers as well.
