[mythtv] EIT scanner failure caused mythbackend to miss future scheduled recordings

My feeling on this is that it's not just the printing which causes
it. The printing does cause a 100% cpu load, but that's because it's
coming out so frequently. We need to look at why it would not dump
the broken or partial packet and move on.

I'll put #1888 on my list of things to look at. #1981 is on that
list as well.
