Hey George,

I was the one who emailed you but not the one that open this ticket.  This
ticket is not the issue I am having, though could be related, I cannot get
cidbcast to even send the init string.

I did post to the users group here,
 http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/210926
not sure if the guy I'm talking with in it was the one that opened the
ticket.

Sorry if this comes as a new post, I wasn't subscribed to dev yet.
