[mythtv] mythlcdserver grabs audio device

It's hard to tell if this is as a result of upgrading to ALSA 1.0.9-4
or MythTV 9261, but I've run into a reproducible problem with
mythlcdserver grabbing /dev/dsp (or /dev/adsp, if that's being used
instead), thereby preventing mythfrontend from being able to use it.

This only happens if lcd runs before doing something in mythfrontend
that causes frontend to try to open the audio device. If, instead,
lcd starts after frontend has already opened the device, everything
works as normal.

Why does lcdserver even need to use the audio device?
