This made me look more carefully.
The ContentDescription ends up in program.category &
event.CategoryType ends up in program.category_type.

Looking at my DB I have almost 4000 records without category
but having category_type. Quite curious. Means there is some
more work to be done in eitFixUpUK


As for the patch I was originally talking about, it is fine.
