Well, I don't think any drivers to h.264 accel in Linux yet, and bits would be 
necessary in ffmpeg to do the proper partial decoding there, as well. =)

Apple has a bunch of high-def movie trailers in h264 if you're looking for 
test content, though it's in mov instead of mpegts.
