[mythtv] backend deleted new recording "for no reason"

You can reorder your existing shows (if they are series) simply
adjusting their respective recording priorites; both the recording
schedule and any existing recordings belonging to the schedule will
have their recpriority updated.

You can also always do:

	mythbackend --printexpire

Any recordings that are not associated with a current schedule can be
manipulated in the database directly ('recpriority' column in
'recorded' table).
