[mythtv] EPG crashes mfe - svn 9409

[Mark Buechler]

I believe this was caused by the new use of libmythui. That stuff is still
very new so I'm sure it will mature over time. This particular bug is the
biggest blocker for me moving away from 0.19 and into SVN again.
