[mythtv] rebuffering messages

I did some searching searching around trac/gossamer and saw that a one cause of
the rebuffering message is real-time commflagging trying to be a little too
real-time.  Just thought I'd answer the next logical question with "No, I'm not
using real-time commflagging." :)
