 From -users,

Perhaps this should be made abundantly clear in the MythArchive readme
that it requires the SVN HEAD version of MythTV, not just a particular
revision because SVN doesn't track revision numbers per trunk, only
globally.

But the recommended version is not of the 0.19-fixes branch, it's of the
 trunk version.

Also, the revision number (9930 and 9929) are global revision numbers
for the entire SVN repository, not just the parts that you checked out.
So the 9929 checkout of 0.19-fixes was last altered by commit 9927 and
mytharchive was last altered at 9920.
