[mythtv] Ticket #1790: pes packet assembly in mythtv-eit

It's DVB-S. I haven't used Myth's scanner since 0.18, to be honest. The
channel does have valid EIT now/next but I usually update from another
transport which contains extended EIT. However, for that to work it needs
the networkid and transportid.

The NIT, PAT and PMT are all valid. The SDT current transport table (0x42)
always contains SIDs for one transport on one network. In other words, this
provider has multiple networks but all transports on all networks point back
to the same transport/network, as far as the SDT is concerned. It's as if
they're repeating the same data for all their networks/transports as for one
of them.
