[mythtv] Ticket #1847: DVB - Backend fails to tune to a channel on a different input

Um, without the nextInputName check you get a loop between
SetChannelByString() and SwitchToInput(). I couldn't think of any better way
to handle this.

Sorry for the MSDOS line endings.. I need a new editor for Winblows I guess.
