[mythtv] New duplicate check method 'smart'

To be honest, I was surprised it wasn't in there already. I kind of
expected the "Subtitle and Description" to work this way, because the way
it works now didn't seem to make a lot of sense to me. However in the
absense of my new method, it does make a 'safe' default, that would rather
record the odd duplicate than miss an episode. I think the new method gives
paralleled safety, but with the benefit of being able to use subtitles
where they exist to overcome the problem of poorly source descriptions that
sometimes crops up.

I don't know who runs the eit data in the UK, but I don't know how they
manage to come up with wildly different descriptions for a later repeat of
the same episode. It's like they make someone different watch the second
showing and write a new description.

There's going to be some changes very soon to the type of metadata we get.
With the launch of "Freeview playback" is supposed to come some new
metadata giving details similar to that of "Series link" used on Sky (or
Season Pass on tivo). All being well this will be in the form of a
series/episode identifier as opposed to the method sky use of creating a
chain of episodes as a kind of linked list, as the latter method doesn't
support recording later showings in the case of failures or clashes.

I haven't tried it but will apply the patch next time I build.

It's a great idea, wish I'd thought of it myself a year or two ago! Will
probably mean I can just leave that setting on default for all my rules
and not have to fiddle with it anymore.

Cheers,

Martin.
