[mythtv] OS X 10.3 and MythTV 0.20

This works nicely and I really appreciate it a lot!  I know it takes time.

The problem is that the compiled package won't communicate with the 
backend as I'm using the 0.20 release which uses protocol version 30 
while the frontend I guess is compiled from a latest SVN which uses 
protocol version 31 :(
