[mythtv] Unable to initialize plugin

I think I found it..

Not sure what this line of code does .. But when I remove it. The error goes 
away..

if(!gContext->testPopupVersion("MythExamplePlugin", libversion, 
MYTH_BINARY_VERSION)) {
return -1;
}
