Ah. That column is completely obsolete and slated for dropping
after 0.21 comes out. My unofficial policy is to try avoid any DB
changes that prevent you from dropping back to the previous release,
in this case 0.19, whenever possible; which is why the column hasn't
been dropped yet. We don't use it or keep it updated though.

Me neither. His ticket was missing all the important info, like a log,
and was made against a rev before I put in the fix so I didn't pay much
attention to it. It's almost certainly caused by the same changeset,
but he's going to have to provide a "mythbackend -v record,channel"
log before we can have any idea what is going on.
