[mythtv] Problem tuning to channel after 6pm with 0.20

If it didn't help then, i'm doubtful it'll work now, but it's worth
a try as there were significant fixes in the scanning code that went
in towards the end of 0.20 development.

That's not the error, the problem is that the recording appears
to have 3 video streams. Myth cannot handle this situation, even
though there was a period during 0.20 development where it was
able to create them...
