sorry, I should have been clear.  I fixed the segfault 1st (to dump
out an error instead), then fixed the multiple-video issue (which was
causing the segfault).   So your test case doesn't actually trigger
the error anymore.  But if something else comes up which causes the
transcoder to read the entire stream without ever seeing a video
packet, it should give a reasonable error message.
