This seems to work fine for me on my Mac Mini (builds and runs OK).

In fact in combination with my Powerbook G4 and Plextor box acting as  
Mac OS X Master backend I can watch live TV on my Intel Mac Mini  
front end.

Now just to get the patches cleaned up and attached to the ticket for  
Plextor support !
