Are you having these language problems with SVN HEAD? There were 
finnish/swedish problems at some point after 0.19 arrived. But I think 
that couple of different language problems have been fixed and at least 
for me, SVN HEAD works correctly (in Finland, DVB-T).

By the way, you can select in what language you want to have the EIT. 
Check your language settings (don't remember the exact location) and 
make sure you have 'fin' as a first language.
