I just remembered, I was seeing the problem during MythVideo playback  
of VIDEO_TS folders ripped from DVDs.  I seem to recall recreating  
the issue with -v playback...

And I have just replicated it.  Log file attached to the ticket, not  
sure how much help it is though.  If I can do anything else to help,  
please give me a shout.
