Using the commercial flagging is a nice idea. I'll try to incorporate that.

You'll have to explain a bit better. Why would anyone FFWD through something 
but not watch it? If you are marking it up for transcoding then the watched 
flag is reset after transcoding. You can also select 'Mark as unwatched' from 
the recording menu.

I'm all for choice, but I'd at least like to hear a good argument against it 
first :) We're trying to reduce the number and complexity of settings.

In most cases if you wanted to re-watch something you would either disable 
autoexpire for it or mark it as unwatched.
