[mythtv] PlaybackBox::expireSelected()... defunct?

No need for a patch.  It was easier for me to just delete them
as I was verifying they were unused than it was to request a patch.

They're gone from SVN head now as well as some related code in
PlaybackBox::showDeletePopup().
