[mythtv] Doxygening Myth?

was looking at the Future Development and noticed the line:
 Improve developer documentation by doxygenifying all the major classes, 
and the major subsystems of MythTV.

Been looking for something that I can help with and this seems like a 
good starting point...

Who's working on this / can anyone give me some guidance so I'm not 
duplicating effort and conforming to standards...
