[mythtv] trac's new ticket pages a little funky?

This might have been because the wiki was down earlier, I'm not sure.
It works correctly for me right now.  Takes me to:

Yep, it's ok now.  Must've just been transient like you said.

This is in the 'Ticket Properties' section, there is an 'Assign to'
textbox that you can fill in.  It seems to be that this only appears
if you are logged into trac at the time, otherwise you can't specify
this value.

Ok, I wasn't logged in so that makes sense too.  I used to see it all the time, it must've changed without my noticing it before.
