[mythtv] Possible Bugs

I did a trunk build about 3 days ago and noticed some problems. 

 

#1 transcoding with Mpeg4 and MP3 audio causes the audio to be all messed
up. 

 

#2 Noticed that I could no longer play my audio files. 

 

I would love for someone to explain where the log files are such that I can
check them for issues, yes I am fairly new to Linux.
