[mythtv] Ticket #3313: Add the ability for imdbpy to get theepisode title format from the database

I was working on applying your patch and Pekka Jääskeläinen's addition (and
finishing up some of my own changes). Yes nothing named MythTV is going to
make it in, some day Python bindings may materialize, until then I'm going
to rename it to something icky like MythVideoDBPre.

I briefly considered making this the start of a Python bindings attempt. I'm
not prepared to spend the time writing it, and my Python, well, it isn't
great.
