[mythtv] Auto shutdown occurs while transcode/commflag job is in progress (bad idle detection)

Matt, if you're taking requests, how about also adding a status for
"recording"?  It's one that I was surprised to discover mythshutdown
lacks, and would be a much-nicer alternative than the likes of
footnote 3 in
<URL:http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/247868#247868>.
