[mythtv] mythtv-vid branch needs testing

1920x1080 HDTV resolution is actually 1920x1088 with 8 black pixels at
the bottom (so it's a whole number of 16-pixel macroblocks high) that
are not to be displayed, per ATSC.  There's special code in Myth in
several places to fix this up.  Maybe you're hitting it?
