[mythtv] How does built in mp4, 3gp, qt support in Flash 9 (update3, beta2) affect the flash video effort for MythWeb?

Until it supports mpeg-2 and rtjpeg/mp4 in a nuv container, we'll
always need to do work to allow transcoding, but it might allow some
easier work in the future in reguards to caching and the like.

Honestly, right now, it won't really help out at all.
