Just a thought.

When I added the UIRichTextType (currently only used in the program
details screen) I thought it would be a good base for a context
sensitive help window since it supports a subset of the Rich Text Format
and is scrollable.

One reason  I haven't done it already is because I don't want to be the
one who ends up maintaining the help documentation =)

There's also the question of what tool to use to create or convert  the
documentation so QSimpleRichText 
(http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/qsimplerichtext.html) can use it. This
page shows the sort of pages that it is capable of displaying -
http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/qtextbrowser.html#details although I'm not
sure about using hyperlinks like in the example output.
