[mythtv] Ticket #199: multiple favorite channel groups

Thank you very much for the interest and support in the patch.  I am hoping 
that the mythtv-devs will have sometime to look at it in the near future and 
consider incorporating it into SVN.

But please lets keep the status updates and questions to the mythtv-dev list 
rather than posting to the ticket itself.

Sorry I haven't had time to update the patch but there have been other 
pressing matters.  I'll try to update it for SVN this weekend.

As far as the list goes, I've started updating to use a scrollable list like 
that in mythmusic for the visualizations, but haven't had time to figure out 
how to keep track of the chanid of each of the items in the list, since I 
only want to show the channum and channame.

Again thanks for the support and interest.
