[mythtv] Ticket #4270: MythTV on Windows (with MinGW)

Hmm, well I just followed all of the instructions in the Wiki and I had no
errors in my qt build(with the plugin for mysql option). I used the regular
gcc that comes with MinGW.

But, I am having issues with my build of mythtv. I have compiled all of the
dependencies and such but when I go to run the configure script for myth I
get:

> ERROR! You must have FreeType installed to compile MythTV.
> If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
> version from SVN.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the

Do I need to move the lib files for these items somewhere or did I miss
something?

Also, I can host the precompiled lib files for a few months. Andrei, if you
would like send me an email and we can work that out.
