[mythtv] Mac OSX compile errors with FireWire SDK

It looks like the FireWireSDK has been changed a bit in
version 23. If you want things to compile right now
with the FireWire recorder enabled, downgrade to version
20 of the SDK. I've opened a ticket for this #3042.
