[mythtv] Request: MythHelp

I've hit on the idea of buying a bunch of OEM remotes in the past, to
brand with the mythtv logo like I did with some case badges I've taken
to linux expos - any idea how much they cost?  I know where I work we
buy some from the 'Far East' at a couple of dollars a pop but the
volumes are huge.

Might still be worth considering & you can get them programmed with
any code you like.
