[mythtv] Ticket #2655: New duplicate check method 'smart'

When did it go in? I did an update and compile last night.

I presume it will immediately override all the selectable dup-method stuff.

I had some thoughts on the logic of the freeview id's stuff. I'll take a
look at the data when it starts getting dumped into my tables, and let you
know my thoughts on it.
