[mythtv] mythreplex create bad stream.mv2

mythreplex does not create a valid stream.mv2 file. 
Because mplex is complaining about the mv2 file and
mythreplax is the command that creates it.

Is this a know issue?  How do I troubleshoot this?  

I have tried running the commands by hand and get the
same results.  Is this a compiler issue based on other
libs to generate mythreplex?
