If only it were that simple...  In 0.18, at least (no, I'm not
obsesssively up-to-date), if any sort of 'skip back' function (even
'jump to beginning of recording'!) crosses over the start of a detected
commercial block and commercial auto-skip is on, it jumps to the end
of the detected commercial block - even if the end of that block is
later than where you were when you told it to go back.  Undoing a bad
commercial skip thus requires going into the menus, turning off auto-skip,
jumping back to the previous ad marker (possibly more than once), and
(optionally) turning auto-skip back on.

I haven't heard about a fix for this being part of the 0.19 or 0.20
releases, but it could have been slipped in without being mentioned,
so I have no idea whether it applies to current versions or not.
