[mythtv] Slave Backends and StorageGroups on current SVN

Actually this is a bug, but possibly not what you think.  The behaviour
is supposed to be to use the master's Default storage group if none is
defined for the slave.  In testing this, I found another bug with free
space handling in this scenario as well.  I'll look into this and get a
fix in SVN.
