[mythtv] Remote controller but not with LIRC

Or why not to use the already existing telnet protocol in
mythfrontend? I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to be designed for
such purposes:

IMHO extending this protocol could be the easiest way to add support
for such extras like faders.
