[mythtv] IVTV VBI reading

Greetings

Is it possible to turn off the reading of /dev/vbi0 from an ivtv stream to
alleviate the ivtv driver problems if the capture resolution is not 'full
screen' (720x576 here in PAL country). I'd like to at least check that not
reading the vbi stream gets rid of the video artifact hassles that the
last few versions of the driver have suffered.
